To ensure the highest quality electronic balance repair or industrial weighing scale repair or our service centre is equipped with a purpose built electronics workshop with live working areas for fault diagnostics to component level and soak-test benches.
To minimise the effect of equipment down time we have a large stock of common and critical spare parts in stock at the service centre. We also stock a range of scales and balances for hire if you need an urgent replacement. Our service, repair, and calibration activities are controlled by our ISO9001 certified quality management system and our aim is to obtain the highest possible level of customer satisfaction.
Your rating of our response time when equipment breaks down is one of our audited and closely monitored Key Performance Indicators, our target is that over 96% of customers should rate us as either good or very good for our response time and we currently achieve 98% (Nov. 2014). We fully support the major makes of industrial and laboratory weighing equipment including; Mettler Toledo, Avery Berkel, Sartorius, A&D, Ohaus and Salter Brecknell.
